Cancellation: If you have paid and have not signed into your course, you can cancel your course within 14 days and you will be given a full refund. If you have started your course you cannot cancel.

Once you have started the course we expect you to complete all of your sessions within the time allocated. You cannot pause or postpone your course for any reason. You cannot take a holiday during your course.

Your course will start on the day indicated in your registration email, regardless of when you first log in to the course.

When you complete the needs analysis you must indicate which dates and times you can attend Skype sessions. We will use this to allocate your IELTS expert teacher. Your teacher will then arrange a mutual date and time. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to hold the Skype session on the exact date and time you require.

If you do not attend a booked Skype session then you will be put down as a ‘no show’ and will lose that session with no refund.

Once a Skype session is booked you cannot cancel or change it. It is your responsibility to make sure that you can attend the Skype session before you book it.

Skype sessions are held as video one to one. All our teachers have broadband connections with suitable speed. If the internet speed or quality is low then the teacher may decide to use audio only. If the session is not workable due to technical issues then you will need to contact [email protected] to see if this session is eligible for rescheduling.

If you are dissatisfied with your course then you may contact us on [email protected] .We will discuss your complaint and if upheld you may be eligible for a refund.

If you do not complete your course within the time allocated you can pay a small fee for an extension .

You can also book extra teacher sessions at an additional fee which includes a 4 week extension

We cannot guarantee which teacher you will be allocated for your sessions but will try and keep you with the same teacher if possible.

It is your responsibility to check the level of English you need for the IELTS course you wish to take. Students should be at least IELTS 4.5 but ideally IELTS 5.5 before they start the course. If you are uncertain about your level please contact [email protected] and we will discuss your options.
